A team will only play another team up to 3 times. Any additional game is considered “for fun.”
All scheduling is in Eastern Time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Lag Out Procedures:
- Before tipoff: Automatic restart.
- In the first quarter with less than a 10-point difference: Restart.
- If a lag out occurs past the 1st quarter or when the lead is 10 points or more, the team can quit within 30 seconds to finish the game. The scores and times are based on the moment of lag out, and the team must play the remaining time with the same score differential. If a team cannot quit due to 2k timing out the player, that team will play without the lagged-out player. The Commissioner will ultimately decide the fate of the game.
- You WILL NOT change your player if a lag out occurs – you must play with the same player that started the game.
- A screenshot of the time of lag out and a screenshot of the final time are required for this to apply.
- Example A: If Player 1 lags out at the end of the 1st quarter down 15-3, screenshot the scoreboard. Teams will play until the end of the 3rd quarter and then screenshot the scoreboard again.
- Example B: If Player 1 lags out in the 1st quarter down 15-6, the game will be restarted. Stats and time will not carry over, and the new game will be played fully.
